6061-T6 aluminum tubing is a commonly used in the aircraft industry because of it's strength, weld-ability, and ease of machining. 6061-T6 bare obtains its properties by an artificial aging process. 6061T6 aluminum tubing can be furnace brazed and welded by all types of welding. 6061T6 offers a good range of mechanical properties. It can be fairly easliy fabricated by most of the commonly used techniques. Yield strength for our 6061-T6 tubing is 40,000 psi., tensile 45,000 psi
